Realtor Perry Bergelt deserves 10 stars!
I was looking for the perfect vacation home in the hot Phoenix real estate market.
I hired Perry for his local knowledge and attention to detail. I appreciate frequent communication and Perry delivered. He let me know what to expect during the home buying process from start to finish and was very responsive.
Perry was great to work with and answered every question. Now I own my dream vacation home.
I’ve enjoyed my vacation home for almost a year and absolutely love it. I cannot say thank you enough times!

We were looking for a second home in AZ but had no idea about when where or how we would do it. Luckily our neighbor's (Perry's in-laws) in Vail CO introduced us to Perry during a golfing visit in 2021. I mentioned to Perry that we were considering buying a second home in AZ-at some point -but that was about as much thought as we had put into it. Perry asked me if I wanted straight advice and when I said I yes he said " What the !#*are you waiting for, it's not going to get any better than it is now!" I thanked him for his advice and went back to CO. A week later my wife and I came back to AZ to begin looking for properties. With very little notice, Perry and his amazing partner Jake jumped into action and made us feel like we were their only customers. Over the course of four days the two of them worked with us to visit properties all over the are from Peoria to Fountain Hills. Along the way we were able to fine tune what was important to us. Perry and Jake never tried to hard sell or in any way influence our decision making process. When we pivoted and decided that a single family that would require pool maintenance and upkeep was NOT what we really wanted Perry showed us an amazing property in Fountain Hills that checked all our boxes. Perry went to work with the other realtor and helped us secure a great deal. It's been almost a year since we closed and in that time we have developed a friendship with Perry and his lovely wife Vicky who is an amazing interior designer.

My husband and I truly enjoyed our experience working with Perry and Jake at the firm. A Best in Class brokerage firm. They helped us find an investment condo in Scottsdale , found tenants and then with the sale many years later. They made us feel like we were their only clients being there for us 24/7. Amazing what they can get done in a day!! We look forward to continuing our relationship when we look for additional properties.

Forget bending over backwards, Perry and Jake did backflips, front flips and aerials for us. They were so helpful and informative to us being first time home buyers, and made themselves available at the drop of a hat. In under a week, they got us the home we wanted with their bulldog and Labrador approach. I cant say enough good things about these guys, and we are so happy with our new home! Thank you, Perry and Jake, you are the best.

Perry and Jake were engaging and engaged from the start. Always personable and optimistic, they were savvy about the possibilities in both the sale of our house and the purchase of a new one. When we went under contract on the sale of our house, they were quick to identify the properties that would fit us for our new home. As a result, we were able to close on both properties on the same day. Both transactions were completed within a month. It is a testament to Perry and Jake and the team of professionals with whom they work that everything went according to plan. We are very satisfied with the results of both the sale and the purchase and are happily ensconced in our new home. We would use them again in a heartbeat.
