About Perry

As a farm kid from North Dakota I bring a hard work ethic and good, honest family values to my real estate business. I've been in the real estate arena my entire professional career - with short stints in mortgage and title before getting my real estate license in 2005. I sold real estate full-time initially and have had the pleasure of running Keller Williams Realty offices as Team Leader from 2006-2019. From 2006-2009 I built the Fargo-Moorhead Keller Williams office to one of the largest real estate brokerages in North Dakota.

In 2009, I relocated to the Twin Cities and ran the Minneapolis Lakes Keller Williams office until 2012. In 2010, I was awarded the Red Shoes Award - which is the highest honor given within our 6 state North Central Region for exemplifying the Keller Williams Culture.

In 2013 I took over the Keller Williams Realty office in Otsego and Buffalo, as well as serving the neighboring areas of St. Cloud, Annandale and Hutchinson. As the Team Leader at Keller Williams was able to lead, train, coach and motivate other Realtors to build their businesses.

At the end of 2019 I stepped down from leading the office back into sales full time, in addition to coaching small businesses through Business MAPS, a sister company to Keller Williams.

Since getting back into sales in 2020 we’ve helped 100+ families with their real estate goals each year earning Keller Williams awards Gold, Double Gold (2x) for our production. Yearly I’ve been recognized as the highest profit share participant in our office of 150+ other Realtors. In 2021 I was awarded our KW Cultural Icon Award for our office. I am currently serving in a leadership role as a Keller Williams Sports & Entertainment Regional Ambassador.

My wife Andrea and I have five kids- twin daughters Ashley and Natalie (born in 2006), David, who is 15 months younger, Piper (born in 2017) and Drew (born in 2021). I enjoy traveling, reading, personal development, working out, rooting for our local sports teams, cooking, developing in my faith and spending time at the Lake.
