25 years ago Real Estate chose me, I did not chose Real Estate. My father exposed me to
rental properties very early on in San Diego, recruiting me to help him renovate and rent his
apartments when they became vacant. But the real joy he shared with me was in the
acquisition phase, targeting undervalued investment properties, and having the vision to see
them as what they one day could become. Since then, I’ve flipped several homes in California
and Tennessee, acquired rental properties, and helped other folks do the same, navigating both
the buying and selling of their properties. I’ve been a contractor, speculator (house flipping),
appraiser, and finally a Realtor, sharing my past experience with my clients as they navigate one
of the most important and financially significant decisions of their lives.
