I have been a full-time real estate professional/broker since 2014, and a member of the top producing team in Brunswick County, Hank Troscianiec & Associates since 2018. This is my career, and we have consistently closed more homes than anyone else in Brunswick County since 2013. I grew up in Charlotte North Carolina graduating from the University of North Carolina Charlotte in 1994. I spent the next 20 years working in the high paced, energetic and process driven environment developing great teams in Target Stores. My wife Beth, four daughters and I have called Oak Island my home since 2014 when I chose to take my talent for helping others succeed, into an entrepreneurial business model. I take real joy from helping others achieve their goals and dreams, so in 2018, when I was ready to grow my business to the next level, I chose to join best team in the area with a history of incredible service and sales. I actively volunteer with my church and lead an environmental education group. That's why Keller Williams was a natural fit for me. Their Belief System; God, Family, then Business aligns with my belief that if you come from a place of serving others and protecting the world around you, all other things will fall into their proper place.

My approach in serving my clients is to become a trusted adviser who tenaciously pursues their desires. My favorite mentor at Target Stores nicknamed me "Bulldog". He knew he could tell me what he wanted and he could trust that I would achieve it, despite adversity. My promise to my clients is that while every transaction has shoals and sandbars, I will be there to help them navigate the channel, so we don't run aground. Since launching my career in 2014, I have helped dozens of families achieve their desire to purchase homes in Southeastern North Carolina. I know what it means to communicate, and I know what it takes to successfully close a transaction making the buying or selling experience positive and seamless.
