About Pete

I’ve been a full-time Brunswick County real estate broker since 2014 and have been part of Hank Troscianiec & Associates, one of the highest-producing teams in southeastern North Carolina, since 2018. Real estate is not something I do on the side. It is my profession, and I approach it with the same seriousness as my clients do.

Before entering the real estate industry, I worked for many years in a highly structured, process-driven, corporate environment where planning was crucial, and details could not be overlooked. That experience shaped who I am today. I plan, communicate often, and stay attentive to the small things that can make or break a transaction. If my clients feel unclear or rushed, I slow it down and get the facts straight so they understand clearly what is happening and what their options are.

Buying or selling a home often comes with real and imagined pressure, uncertainty, and competing advice. My role is to be a steady voice in that noise. I advise based on facts, realistic expectations, and clear explanations so my clients can make decisions with confidence rather than stress. Whether we are discussing pricing, inspections, negotiations, or timelines, I want you to understand not just what is happening, but why.
