The journey to real estate in Perdido Key began a long time ago along the Jersey Shore where Pete King fell in love with the ocean and the dream of living by the sea. Pete traveled the world as a pilot with the Navy and Delta Air Lines, eventually flying the international routes and visiting beaches worldwide.
The U.S. Naval Academy was the beginning of a Navy career that led to Pensacola and his first visit to Perdido Key circa 1968. Living in Atlanta for 25 years afforded many additional trips to the “Key”, eventually, part-time living on the beach then permanent residence in paradise in 2003. He launched his real estate career with heavy emphasis on technology and an internet presence that led to early successes that have marked his realtor business through today. Pete jumped into community service through his church and the Perdido Key Area Chamber of Commerce, taking up several leadership positions to serve the people Pete worked with daily.
