We sold our first home just this past year and chose Pete to help guide us through our journey. It was a bumpy road, but Pete didn’t let us down. He was very professional but at the same time gave us his friendly and professional opinion when we asked. His attention to every little detail was amazing. He was extremely responsive via email, text, and phone any time of day. He took the time to explain everything if we didn’t understand something. And if he didn’t immediately know the answer, he knew exactly how to find it. At first glance, selling a property from 1000 miles away might seem like a daunting prospect, but Pete made it all so easy. He is a consummate professional who took care of all the details: pricing the unit appropriately, negotiating on our behalf, ensuring every piece of paperwork was completed and handled properly, meeting township officials and workers at the unit for all inspections and repairs, offering skilled advice on post-contract adjustments .. the list goes on and on.
