About Pete

Pete spent the first 20 years of his professional career in the corporate world working for the Marriott Corporation relocating every three to five years. A position brought them to Tampa in 1994.They loved living in Tampa. After being there just two years, he knew he had found his permanent home. However, to stay here long term, Pete knew he had to "relocation-proof" his family. About that time, he met Doug Loyd, the Owner and Broker of Florida Executive Realty. After a lengthy meeting with Doug and several follow-up meetings later, he put the wheels in motion to change careers. pate has not looked back. It was the best professional decision he has made. Over 25 years later, he still loves real estate and he loves working at Florida Executive Realty.

Let me introduce you to my family. My wife, Carmen, is the General Manager and Morning Show Host at The JoyFM, a local radio station. Their daughter, Haley, a graduate of the University of South Florida, is the Marketing Director at The JoyFM. Abbey, their younger daughter, a graduate of Florida State University, is a Digital Marketing Manager for the digital marketing company, Vizergy.
