Pete is a 1991 college grad from Penn State (PSU) with a 4 yr B.S. degree in Real Estate. Prior to college, Pete & his brother Paul were raised in New Hampshire by 2 parents. Pete attended Pinkerton Academy in Derry, NH. Pete also lived in Washington, DC & Cary, NC & Sausalito, CA before settling in San Diego in 1997.

Pete knows downtown San Diego 92101 condos. Pete is a former 13 yr resident of the Marina District. He lived in City Front Terrace (500 W Harbor Dr.) from 1997-2001 & bought in Horizons (510 1st Ave) in 2001. He served as Horizons HOA President from 2004-2006. Pete also owned in Pinnacle (550 Front St) where he was HOA Secretary from 2004-06. He also owned in ICON (321 10th Ave) & Fahrenheit (1025 Island Ave).
