I found Peter through Zillow when I was just starting my search for a residence in Seattle. Peter helped me understand the market and was very responsive when new properties became available on the market working to get me in and get information on the units I was interested in. Eventually, Peter put in a package that helped me get the exact unit I wanted over several other offers that came in. In all, I would highly recommend Peter for those moving to the Seattle area and in the market for a condo downtown.

I am so glad I worked with Peter, he not just was super patient, he was with me for years, he never rushed me into buying, he genuinely wanted me to find the home I wanted. Very Knowledgeable professional, he provided me every single detail on every home, he would call out the good and the bad so I can make informed decision. I highly recommend Peter, he is Kind and respectful, and the most important, very professional.

I used Peter as my real estate agent for selling and buying multiple properties. All closure went very smoothly. Peter's experience helped me understand the market value and not waste time by missing opportunities. He's a very honest realtor, that will tell you things how they are, not how you want to hear them. He's always available, and will do what need to get done.
