Peter Ashjian

I moved to Arizona in 1999 from Northern California looking to buy a business. Instead I ended up going to Scottsdale community college for ground school to get my private pilots license. To my surprise I met a woman in class who became my wife for 5 years. I then bought a business transporting manufactured homes from Phoenix to New Mexico. I did that for a few years and got tired of always traveling. I sold my business, bought some land in Maricopa in 2002, sold cars in Phoenix until 2005 when I and got my real estate license and have sold homes, rentals also property management here in Maricopa and surrounding areas. I also volunteer for Pinal County for the last 15 years giving them at least 40 hours a month of my time.
