PJ and Lee Braun are true professionals who brought effortless ease to the entire transaction, when we sold a condo at Belle View. Their advice on how to get our condo ready for sale was helpful and it also saved us money. They even assisted us in finding the right people to help us out .
More importantly, they are good problem solvers. They interacted successfully with the mortgage agent when the buyer's loan application seemed to hit a snag.

This was a difficult time to find and buy a house but thanks to the Poole/Braun team we ended up with a wonderful house. But their service extended far beyond this. It seemed to us they were our partner in the entire process and they were always there with us at every step. Even after closing, when the deal was completely, done they visited us at the new house to help us get settled and find our way in a new environment. Perhaps the easiest way to sum up our experience is that this never felt like a business arrangement, rather it was like working with close friends. We are very grateful to them.
