Peter is a native Baltimorean and has a passion for helping people find the right place to live at the right time in their lives. His clients benefit from his over 20 years as a realtor in the Baltimore region. This is because he has experienced almost every type of real estate market situation and issue.

Peter tries to listen and understand his client’s needs. He wants to know about their rational and emotional wishes. He is a strong advocate for his buyers and sellers, and he is a talented negotiator. Real Estate transactions have many moving parts and Peter guides his clients through the process in an intelligent and seamless way. Peter enjoys working on his home in the historic Stoneleigh neighborhood. He has a son who graduated from the McDonogh School, and he continues to volunteer in fund raising. Peter was also a treasurer for the Stoneleigh Community Association pool.
