Peter Carlino

Pete grew up in central Indiana and graduated from Purdue University. For over 25 years, he owned and managed a successful general contracting company before operating a full-service home inspection business for seven years.

During many of those years, Pete worked part-time in the real estate industry, and he now enjoys working with people buying and selling homes on a full-time basis. His clients benefit greatly from his knowledge of building construction and home inspection experience, which proves particularly helpful in reviewing home inspectors' reports and negotiating listed items.

By utilizing his past work experiences and Carpenter Realtors' unique tools, Pete is able to deliver premium results for both his seller and buyer clients. He looks forward to meeting with potential clients and serving their real estate needs.
