Peter Carroll

Peter has over 20 years of experience managing and developing unique and often complicated projects including residential and mixed-use condominiums in old Naples and Marco Island. He also was the project manager on one of the most recognizable oceanfront estates in Naples. His career has been dedicated to satisfying the diversified needs of landmark properties, while ensuring the highest design, management, and construction standards. As our Property Services Director, Peter brings the firm a high level of property/asset management and business experience. He is skilled in development strategy, budgeting, scheduling contract negotiation and management, design development coordination, and contractor and construction management. Peter studied at the Economics University of Massachusetts before moving Naples in 1989.
