Peter understands that buying or selling a home is a big step for most people and is very sensitive to his clients’ needs and concerns throughout the process. He strives to instill the same level of comfort and trust he felt when he moved to Portland and bought his first home.
Peter grew up in London, England and has resided in the United States for the last 25 years. He now lives in Portland with his wife, Molly, their three children, and a variety of small mammals. He loves the unique combination of urban and outdoor activities that the Portland area offers and enjoys cooking, wine tasting, riding around town on his restored Harley, and camping with family and friends.

My recent purchasing experience with Peter and Ashley was phenomenal. Peter really, really knows homes. I mean - you walk in and he'll immediately start telling you about the particular architectural style and history, including its pros and cons as a homeowner and what it will likely cost to have something repaired. Then he'll point out any irregularities or "improvements" that might be a red flag. Finally, flashlight in hand, he'll dig into the nooks and crannies to make sure the structure is sound. There were a number of offers on the house and Ashley was great with the negotiations helping to make sure we were the highest bidder without feeling like we paid too much. After the offer was accepted, she had contractors getting estimates on repairs the next day. We were able to negotiate further with the seller based on these very professional assessments. In the end both seller and purchaser were happy with the outcome. I've bought and sold a few houses and have never had service like this before. Great work and thank you!!!!!

Peter has walked me through purchasing two condos and selling one. And when I say "walked me through" I mean he answered so many questions and helped to guide me through the process that was very new to me. Peter found many properties that fit my search criteria and went through each and every one of them with me. He always returned my calls promptly and my three closing dates were on time, one being a little early. I always felt like he had my best interest at heart and never felt pushed or persuaded in any way. He just gave me facts and shared his experience and knowledge with me. And he's just a very nice man!
