I take great pride in working side-by-side with sellers to learn the unique attributes of each home and to determine how to best position the property within the ever-changing market. This diligence ensures that my clients are likely to walk away from a closing feeling that they made the right choice with Coldwell Banker and in choosing me as their agent.
My goal as a Realtor representing buyers is to ensure that I help clients find a home that meets their expectations and provides the greatest opportunity for them to remain fulfilled by their investment years well into the future. I strive to reduce the obstacles and lessen the anxiety that can often intimidate and frustrate homebuyers.

Living in our home for 14yrs and deciding to sell was nerve-racking to say the least, especially since this was our first time selling.
