Peter Clark has over 20 years of experience in the Salt Lake real estate industry with vast experience in both residential and commercial. He moved to Salt Lake City in quest of The University of Utah and the Wasatch Mountains - with quick access to ski resorts, mountain biking and hiking trails made it impossible to leave.

His knowledge of the Salt Lake market is vast: he has helped hundreds of clients find their home and community, invested in countless properties while spear-heading construction and renovation projects, and assisted hundreds of businesses in finding space to suit their specific needs. He has a strategic mindset and a true knack for negotiating deals leading to a solid reputation and track record. He strives to find innovative solutions for his clients leading to him to become one of the top negotiators in the business.

In 2017, he and his business partner opened their own Windermere branch on 900 South in Salt Lake City - in the heart of one of the most up and coming neighborhoods.

Peter enjoys traveling with his wife, daughter and son - usually seeking outdoor adventure, whether it be skiing, surfing, biking, or hiking.
