Peter Darrell

Peter Darrell is a real estate salesperson, joining Tri-Hudson Realty in May 2022.

Peter’s passion for real estate and design have seen him own, renovate and restore properties for his own use as well as others across London, the south of England, NYC and Hudson. He particularly enjoyed the experience of working with Rudy as their broker to find a home in wonderful Hudson, and especially working with local trades and craftspeople to bring the building back to its former beauty. Peter then realized he could help others navigate the Hudson market through pursuing his enthusiasm for property while leveraging years of experience of real estate ownership and his knowledge gained in sales and client relationships.

Born and raised on the south coast of England, he gained a degree in Economics before embarking on a career in banking in 1987. The next decade saw Peter based predominantly in London and Tokyo in various trading, sales, and sales management positions. After spending increasing time in the US, he relocated to NY in the early 2000s, and finished this part of his career as a Partner and Head of Investor Relations at a major multi-strategy hedge fund. With more time on his hands to explore upstate NY, he and his partner fell in love with Hudson and have called Warren Street home since 2019.

Peter has always believed that client relationships are based on trust, process, and putting the customer first. He thanks Rudy for giving him the opportunity to work under his tutelage in all aspects of Hudson and Columbia County residential and commercial real estate.
