For more than 30 years, I've had the privilege of helping individuals and families throughout New York navigate some of life's biggest real estate decisions. Born and raised in Brooklyn—and still proud to call it home today—I'm a family man who understands that buying or selling a home is about far more than a transaction. Since beginning my career in 1996, I have guided thousands of buyers, sellers, homeowners, and investors through successful transactions totaling hundreds of millions of dollars in closed sales volume. While much of my career has been devoted to helping homeowners maximize value when selling their properties, I bring the same dedication, honesty, and advocacy to every client I serve.

I have successfully helped clients navigate virtually every situation imaginable—from inherited properties, difficult clean-outs, and non-paying tenants to structural concerns, title complications, appraisal issues, and other complex challenges. Experience has taught me that every obstacle has a solution, and my role is to help clients move forward with confidence and peace of mind, no matter how straightforward or complex the circumstances may be.
