I have nothing but praise for this team. I called by mistake and even though he was very busy he took the time to help me and put me in touch with a rental agent closer to my area. Please do not confuse them with Darwin Homes that team is a joke a bad joke.

I have had the Dorwin Team represent me in the sale of 2 of my properties, and I could not be more pleased about how they handled both of those sales.

They are extremely professional, take their responsibility as representing agents very seriously, they kept me posted on every detail through the showing and closing of each property, they even advised me when I got offers not to accept, and they were right because the sales turned out better by taking their advice.. They are very courteous, very personable, and extremely easy to talk to and deal with, no matter what the issue..

I am in the process of considering selling my home now, and even though I have had MULTIPLE calls to represent me in the sale, I would not even consider having anybody else handle the sale of my residence.. They are everything I would want in agents to handle the sale of my property, I would have no need to have anyone else to handle this sale either.

I have bought and sold MANY properties through the years, but have never been as satisfied with my agents as I have been with Peter and Allison Dorwin.. If you are looking to buy or sell property, I guarantee you would not regret having The Dorwin Team represent you.

In the last 3 years The Dorwin Team has sold 2 of my homes. They are both very professional and knowledgeable in their field off work. They went above and beyond answering any questions that I had, or by keeping me posted with any updates after going under contract. I even accidently locked myself out of my house while loading my trailer, Peter took the time to come over to let me in. The next time I buy or sell a house The Dorwin Team is who I will be calling.

After I had a bad experience with a previous realtor Peter called and wanted a chance to list my house I gave him and his wife that offer they took it and ran and did a fabulous job my house was sold within one week they did everything they said and made everything smooth as could be I had no worries during any of my time with them selling my house if you are looking for family quality then I highly recommend them as they will do an exceptional job like they did with me I owe them a lot for making this such a smooth transaction

The Dorwin Team changed our home buying experience dramatically! We were looking for homes and could not find the one for us. We stumbled upon Peter Dorwin when we found a home that had him listed as the agent. After meeting we knew they were different in so many ways and that they would be dedicated to finding our home. Peter and Allison were supportive, helpful in getting the house ready to show, in good communication with us. We were NEVER pressured to drop the price, they'd done the research ahead of time to make sure that we priced the house correctly. They were very helpful in working through issues discovered by inspection and VA appraisal. Allison was very supportive of our situation, this was the first time we'd sold our home in 35 years. She was empathetic and helped get us through the emotional turmoil.

I appreciate all the great work Peter and Allison did for us, and if i was still in there area, I would definitely use them again.

Peter not only worked with us and our extreamly short timeline to find the right fit, devoting many hours and time away from his family to meet our needs, but he looked out for our best intrest. He did not hesitate to let us know if something was or wasn't a great find, showing us several homes with a no pressure, shoot from the hip approach. He took our (must have) list and absolutely nailed it, finding us not only our dream home, but two to choose from and on the terms we wanted.
We are very happy to say that we made our choice between the two and could not be happier. We never imagined that we would have a house as perfect for us, but Peter made it all come true!
When it is all said and done, Peter won't just be your real estate agent, he will be your friend.
