I am a long time resident of the Bullhead City/Mohave Valley area having moved here in 1979. Obviously I've seen a LOT of changes locally and because of community & civic involvement I've even been able to be a part of some of those changes. I have been a Realtor since 2001 and have been proud to help my Clients with one of the single biggest investments of their lives - Their HOME!

In my spare time my hobbies run to bicycling, fly fishing and rock & alpine climbing (Yea, the photo IS me, on the summit of The Grand Teton!).

From day one, Pete made it his goal to help us find what we were looking for, constantly e-mailing properties that he felt matched what we wanted, made sure we had all the information, and was patient when we asked him questions, often more than once, to help us understand the whole process. Pete made us feel as though his schedule was completely open for us, accommodating our hectic lifestyle and awkward hours, setting up appointments on short notice more than once and just providing the friendly service that is often hard to find these days. I have had the pleasure of recommended him to a few people in the past few months and I will continue to do so!
