My wife and I recently needed to relocate out of The Triangle. The first person we called was Peter. When we moved to Durham, Peter was my agent on the buying side. We have known him for over 5 years and he always stays in touch.

When taking a look at our home to sell, Peter was able to identify some items that should be addressed before listing, such as paint, landscaping, and cleaning. He provided us with some great connections that were able to get the work done at an incredibly reasonable rate. When the time came, our house was listed at a great market price, and wound up getting us under contract for more than we could have ever asked for. Since we were out of town at the time of listing, Peter took care of everything and made sure things went incredibly smooth at closing.

If you are buying, Peter will work around the clock for you to make sure you are in the best position possible when purchasing a home. In this market, you need an agent that will go to bat for you, and Peter will likely hit you a home run.

One of the biggest things I have appreciated about Peter over the years is his straight forwardness. He is definitely NOT your used car salesman type of realtor. He is going to set realistic expectations for you, and it is in your best interest to listen to him. Confiding in him has done nothing but result in great things for my family.

Not only is Peter a great realtor, but a great person and human being. I cannot recommend Peter strong enough if you are in the market to buy or sell in The Triangle.

Peter sold my house in downtown Durham, NC in 2019. I could not have asked for the help he gave me with that process. There where things in that process that just overwhelmed me and Peter would say OK Robbie, I got this. And it was done. And he sold the house to the first person that looked at it. AMAZING...

I recently had the opportunity to be a client of Mr. Florian. A mutual friend suggested Peter as the person to contact in the sale of my house. He was punctual, detail oriented, and extremely knowledgeable. We were able to sell my home in record time with no hiccups and the seller and the buyers were left with what they had asked for in the sale. Peter just guided us through the process and we just provided information, documents and he did all the mountains of paper that is required. It was an easy transition. If you are looking for a person that listens, has qualified advice, and clients that have professional respect, Peter is the one to call.

Peter was an amazing realtor! We had talked to a few others and I am so glad we found him! He was very professional and was always prepared with a laptop to answer our questions about the property. He went out of his way to meet on our schedule and genuinely wanted to help us get the perfect house. In this fast paced market, we had some disappointments, but Peter was always encouraging and told us to wait for the one we wanted. After we found the home, he was very quick to submit our offer and helped us schedule everything from the inspection to the closing. He negotiated for things we didn't even think of, and was overall AMAZING! If you're looking to buy in the Triangle, this is the realtor you want!

Peter was absolutely incredible to work with! My wife and I were first time homebuyers, and I couldn't imagine having a better person than Peter to guide us through the process. We visited many homes with Peter, but never felt pressured into making a decision. He always said that he just wanted us to find the right home - a place where we would be happy. Peter has great relationships throughout the Triangle real estate community, and this is invaluable. As an example, he provided our specific feedback on a home to the seller's agent, and this feedback was eventually given to the sellers, who decided to go ahead and knock down a wall that we thought should be removed. He also connected us to an excellent inspector, lender, etc. Peter's knowledge of the local market and his connections made the process as smooth and easy as possible. If you are considering buying or selling in the Triangle, you have to talk to Peter!
