I work on residential and commercial transactions within the greater Seattle market. Prior to joining KW, I began my professional career on Wall St. After receiving a BA degree from Yale, I earned an MBA from Columbia Business School. My current customer base is diverse, with many clients from China. My wife, Lei Tang, is native Chinese. Lei earned a PHD in international business in Paris. She is fluent in Mandarin, French and English.... a valuable member of my team.

After several decades of experience in banking and the securities industry, I pay close attention to market changes and the critical components of a transaction that get Buyers and Sellers to Closing, while limiting financial and legal risks to my clients.
