I couldn’t be happier with my experience working with Peter Grimm, PenFed Realty. Peter is professional, knowledgeable, and was genuinely invested in helping me sell my Condos in Arlington.
Peter took the time to understand my needs and preferences and guided me through every step of the process with patience and care. His communication was excellent, Peter kept me informed at all times and was always quick to answer my questions, no matter how small.
What impressed me most was his communication, market knowledge and negotiation skills, which ultimately helped me sell my properties. Even after closing, he checked to make sure everything was going smoothly, which shows how much he cares about his clients.

We were lucky enough to meet Peter through a mutual friend who told us what a great realtor he was, and how much he had helped them find the perfect home in DC. We were looking for a condo for our daughter that would be close to her college, have good access to the metro and would have a secure parking place. Peter found us just the place, and helped us through the closing. Then 10 years later, we were ready to sell the condo, so we called Peter again. He helped us get the condo ready for sale, including taking care of all the little details: painting, cleaning and getting rid of items that were too big for us to move cross country! He negotiated a fair price and helped us select between competing offers. We highly recommend Peter, and will definitely use him again should the need arise.

Peter helped me sell my first house, and helped me buy my next. I couldn't have been happier! He has a solid hand on the market, and an amazing network that helped me through every step (from last minute roof repair during inspection to great contacts in financing and with other agents). On selling, he gave great advice for preparing myself and my house to get on the market. Once listed, it was under contract within days, and a price at the top end of my expectations! When buying, I had a clear idea what I was looking for - from location boundaries, to rooms and features, and condition - and I got my wishlist (and then some!). My house has been a stellar investment, but most importantly, it's a wonderful home! Peter is amazing - I'd choose him again in a heartbeat. I only wish (sort of) that I could buy or sell my house more often!

My experience with Peter Grimm was great! His knowledge of the Washington DC real estate market and specifically the Capitol Hill neighborhood were unparalleled. He is a straight shooter who truly helps you with the home buying process. He taught me what to look for in the house regarding the condition of the house and also what questions I should ask so that I can be as informed and comfortable as possible with the decision I was making. As a first time homebuyer his help and his knowledge and confidence about the house, the neighborhood, and the market in general was immense. His knowledge of the prices in the neighborhood and what was a good deal or a good offer is why I own a home now. Overall a good guy, who knows his stuff, is not pretentious, and uses zero pressure tactics.

Put simply.... Hire Peter Grimm!! From our initial contact, Peter came across as knowledgeable, flexible, respectful and gracious. He developed a creative plan that fit beautifully with our transition needs. There was also the clear sense that he had our best interests in mind throughout the process. He was always available, and able to assist us in solving the multiplicity of challenges that inevitably arise during the sale of a house. My husband and I are both over 70 and have had considerable experience with realtors. Given this experience, both of us felt, without a doubt, that Peter was the best agent either of us have ever had in our lives.
