Peter learned the value of hard work from a young age working at his father’s buildings learning property management, maintenance, showing apartments, collecting rents, cleaning hallways and windows, painting, snow removal, and mowing lawns. Over the years, he has worked on many real estate projects both residential and commercial for new construction, rehab and renovation, acquisition, sales, and management.
