Peter Liang

Peter was born in Southern China, moved to Bay Area, and eventually found his stride in the Bay Area.

Peter began his real estate career as an assistant to East Bay top producer, and quickly developed a reputation for being a hardworking, sociable, motivated, and optimistic real estate professional. After working with Rick for a and a half, Peter started to develop a client list and decided to seek his own business. Peter provides his expertise and understanding to buyers, He believes in the importance of educating his buyers on the market, neighborhood price points, inspections, repair costs, and how to make a competitive offer. Providing his knowledge of all these aspects is key to the buyer's happiness and ensuring the offer is accepted.

In his free time, Peter enjoys playing basketball, boating, fishing, and traveling, but his number one passion is real estate.
