Peter Liu’s global perspective and local family ties gives his clients a unique advantage when buying or selling real estate in the East Bay.
Peter lives in Orinda with 3 kids since 2007. He is deeply involved in school and community. People saw him working as a chef at BBQ stand at annual Sleepy Hollow Elementary School appreciation picnic. He helped serving lunch at Orinda Intermediate School. Peter installed the Honey Hill bus stop bench by initiating and collecting donations from neighboring families and Canyon Ranch Home Owner association. Students have a safer place waiting for bus. He is also a youth league soccer referee, serving soccer clubs in Lamorinda area. Peter believes in community and giving back.

Peter grew up in Shanghai China, he earned a bachelor’s degree from East China University of Science and Technology, and he held a doctoral degree from Brigham Young University. He also hold a certificate in project management program from University of California Berkeley. He worked as a teacher for a university, a senior scientist and a Project Manager for a Fortune 500 company. Peter found his passion in real estate after becoming a home owner. He had real estate license since 2003 and successfully helped many home owners and buyers performing their biggest transactions in their lives.

Peter speaks English and Mandarin Chinese.
