For eleven years Peter worked for Helmsley-Spear, inc. as an exclusive agent for the Lincoln Building, a 1 million square foot, 55 story office building located at 60 E 42 Street, now known as One Grand Central Place, specialized in commercial leasing and management of this property, as well as other properties throughout Manhattan.
As principal owner he has operated a real estate brokerage company for the past thirty-six years.

Peter's expertise is augmented via a strong background in commercial construction management. As a Real Estate Owner/ Broker, Peter also owned a construction company for 20 years specializing in commercial and industrial renovation.
In serving clients in Connecticut Peter has a network of professional specialists in financing, engineering, environmental, legal, property inspection, and construction.
