Peter relocated to Savannah from his native California in 2004 and has been an active member of the Savannah community since. He has served on the Board of Trustees for Historic Savannah Foundation, as past President of the Ardsley Park/Chatham Crescent Neighborhood Association, a past member of the Savannah Development and Renewal Authority, and a member of the “Top 40 Under 40” list of top young business achievers by Savannah Business Report and Journal. Prior to joining Seabolt Real Estate, Peter has been a consistent Top Producing agent at his prior companies, as well as Sales Manager at The Ford Plantation (now The Ford Field and River Club), and has served as the Principal Broker, Managing Director, and Managing Broker at two local real estate firms.

Peter and his wife, Tomi, have lived with their daughter, Harper, in the downtown Savannah Landmark Historic District, Ardsley Park/ Chatham Crescent, and now reside on the beautiful Isle of Hope. His extensive knowledge of the various neighborhoods within the Savannah community provides a broadened scope of expertise when it comes to understanding the real estate market here.
