My experience with Paglio realty was beyond amazing. I have never had a realtor like Paglio In my years of investing/purchasing properties. He has made my home buying process stress free and kept me updated every step of the way!!!! I was originally undecided on what I wanted, but thru Paglio I gave him my price range and areas I would live in and by that night my inbox was full of listings from him that matched my price range and the area I wanted to live in. His patience thru the touring process was great, I didn’t feel pressured into rushing the process and his honest opinion made me feel like I wasn’t wasting his time by touring quite a few properties. I HIGHLY recommend him for all your real estate needs, especially if you are an educator because he has plenty of knowledge in various programs that will save you a lot of time and cash!!!!

Peter assisted me in finding my first home in 2020, after several years of a small apartment situation during COVID. After meeting several realtors, I chose to work with Peter because of his low-pressure approach to the process and our shared history in education. He was also very familiar with the different types of loans I was using (HPAP and EAHP), which was important to me so I could navigate the applications and paperwork. We moved at exactly the pace I was comfortable with, and within the budget parameters I set. He listened carefully to what I wanted in a home, and asked intentional questions to better understand my needs.

Peter was a wonderful realtor for my first home-buying experience! As someone who was buying by myself, I appreciated that he helped me think through important questions that I didn't have experience with, like whether I should waive contingencies or purchase a home warranty. He explained every part of the process clearly as many times as I needed, and answered every one of my many questions. Peter was understanding of my schedule, and worked behind the scenes to solve some problems before I even knew about them. Even when unexpected situations came up in our walkthroughs, he jumped right in to problem solve and kept me well informed. I would definitely work with Peter again if I was in the market for a new home, and would recommend him to anyone, and especially to first time home buyers!

Peter is very knowledgeable about all unique DC laws. He has a very calm demeanor which makes the decision making process easier and is not afraid to give his opinion if asked even if it is not to his benefit. I took to him immediately upon meeting him because it was pretty clear that all he wanted was for me to make the right decision for the present and the long run. I am truly grateful I met him and used him to buy my first property.

Pete was referred to me by an educator friend to help me find my current home! He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me understand each step of the process being a first time home buyer. I was referred to Peter by my mortgage lender. From the beginning, he was calm, knowledgeable, communicative without being pushy, and happy to answer all of my many questions as a first-time homebuyer. He was extremely responsive from our initial conversation through the closing. I was very picky about location and aesthetic and was willing to wait for the perfect place, which he respected, while still offering helpful guidance that reflected his deep understanding of the DC market.

After a few months of looking, I was able to purchase the perfect condo for me. Peter's advice on the offer was spot-on, as I was able to beat multiple offers (including a cash offer) without exceeding my budget. I have no doubt that his positive relationships with the seller's agent and my lender helped get my offer accepted. The closing process itself was quick and smooth, and he and Taylor were proactive and communicative throughout. I would absolutely recommend Peter and his team to anyone in the area!

Peter stepped in when our realtor (and a good friend of his) had a baby and not only hit the ground running, but helped us close on our dream house without a hitch. My husband and I were looking for more space, while staying as close to Takoma Park as possible. Peter made the process stress-free - he even brought our packages inside for us one day! I decided to move to a quiet neighborhood in Potomac. We went with Paglio Realty because of his calm demeanor, and excellent communication skills. My favorite part of working with Pete was when he was able to talk to the owner/Realtor of a coming soon home and direcrly negotiate a tremendous deal on our home last year. He was also able to sell our old home in less than a day. I know we made the right choice because of how smooth the process was especially during last years home buying craze. And he was nice to our dog. I have and will continue to recommend Peter Paglio as a top notch Realtor!

My husband and I decided to move to the D.C region to be closer to family. We moved from Boston, were we were renting a one bedroom apartment in the city and looking for something larger as a starter home.

Through a few connections we found Peter. We started working with him remotely as we were still in Boston. He was incredibly thoughtful on homes he found and thought we might like as well as finding a few of market properties as well.

We had previously worked with another agent and decided to start working with peter because after the first showing with he we could tell he knew DC so well and really made us feel comfortable with the process even with not being in DC.
With the insane housing market, we put in a few offers but Peter was always super quick to draft up offers, gave his insight on waving certain items, working with our lender, and the overall strategy.

Ultimately we started to look outside of DC in the Maryland and Virginia suburbs and he was just as knowledgeable about those areas. What I valued from this experience is he was always willing to find answers for you even if he was unsure about development in the area, school districts etc.

I was a first time homebuyer and moving to DC/ DMV area with little knowledge of the area. Peter made us feel comfortable with purchasing a home and was really was looking out for us. I would highly recommend Peter, we love our new home and feel like even in the crazy market we got a good house for a fair price. I cannot get over his thoughtfulness for our wants and needs through the process.
