Peter Pappas

Growing up in NJ Peter was a frequent visitor to Melbourne Beach and its surrounding areas trying to escape the bitter winters of the Northeast. He finally decided to make Viera FL his home full-time in 2015.

Peter owned a traditional Greek Diner in NJ and then a Comic Book and Collectibles store in Melbourne and was also a Financial Advisor with Mass Mutual. Since 2019 Peter has been bringing his 20-plus years of business experience and his expertise as a Financial Advisor to the real estate world. As a top negotiator and local expert, Peter will use his unique ability to read people to help you get the best deal possible whether you are buying or selling even in the most challenging markets.

Peter also has two young children, one being on the spectrum, and will help you find a neighborhood with schools that fit your needs and that you feel comfortable with.
