Peter has been my broker for 5-6 years. I have two rental properties in Florida. I live elsewhere.
Pete has gone above and beyond by suggesting local contractors for me to screen for various services. Over time, this has enabled me to prepare a unit in less than a week, reducing down time, between rentals.
Then Pete steps in with a selection of at least three applicants. He wraps up the process with the paperwork.
If a tenant has an issue, Pete stops by to evaluate the problem and advises me so I may correct any problems.
