Peter helped me purchase my first home in the Northern Virginia area. From the first minute, he was both extremely helpful and diligent in the home hunting process. He showed me multiple houses, and provided his recommendations in terms of home maintenance, home value and town safety and livability. Peter and his company managed my rental property for over 12 years. Took full ownership of the process end to end , from finding responsible tenants, to following up on maintenance items and sporadic emergencies along the way , When the was right to position the property for sale , Peter and company planned the right timing and managed again to get the property for sale , a big project to say the least . they were able to list the property and sell within 3 days , and 20K above listing price. I had a great experience working with peter for his honesty and his negotiation skill. He got a great deal on my new house and he got it 25 thousand dollars less than the appraisal price and its value. On top of that he negotiated with seller to replace the whole roof instead of fixing it.
Moreover, he was very transparent during the whole transaction unlike many other agents. Also, he managed to rent our town house in less then two weeks for the asked price.
I really recommend him and I appreciated all his efforts.
