I gave them 4 stars because I left a message and never got a response and when I drove up the office in Atlantic beach it was locked on a Monday. The voicemail message said they would be open. Oh well… but it did meet the broker at a restaurant once and she was absolutely informative and new her business. Hence the 4 stars and not 3.

This is a great company to work with, very professional and always had a quick response. We built a new home this year and with all the delays they worked with us and really saved us alot of headaches. So if looking to rent I couldn't recommend this company more.

I moved in to a property managed by Weichert Realtors Coastal City after accepting a new job offer back in December of 2018. At the time of move in there were a few minor things that needed replaced/fixed. Within 24 hours after placing a work order for the repairs I was contacted not only by the repair service company they were sending out but also by their office personnel to confirm that I had successfully scheduled the repairs. The contracted repair service company and in house maintenance workers were both extremely professional and pleasant to work with. As a first time renter, in a new state, working with Weichert Realtors Coastal City has been an absolute pleasure and has provided me with peace of mind during such a huge transition in my life.
