Pete has sold two properties for me over the years. My experience is that he is a top notch professional with decades of experience that is invaluable to a seller. He is always available to answer questions, explore options, and provide recommendations constantly attempting to obtain the best possible outcome for his clients. His experience has also yielded valuable relationships/contacts when additional specialized advice or opinions are required. His value to me as a seller cannot be overstated.

Pete Sokowski has been my realtor for over 10 years, and based on my experience, I highly recommend him as a realtor. What sets Pete apart from other realtors is he is a true agent in that he does what he believes is best for his client and not himself. The best example of this is on numerous occasions I have stated that I am willing to offer a purchase price of X, and Pete has responded that I could do better and suggest a lower price. When there is a conflict with the other side, he represents my position even if that position could result in the transaction being terminated. He has also argued with title company concerning random/bogus fees (most closings have them) that are inconsistent with executed contracts. His efforts have led to such fees being removed or discounted in many cases. Perhaps, most importantly, he is emphasizes being ethical, which if you are the seller is important since there is liability associated with complete and accurate disclosures. I could go on with other examples, but I will just end by saying that I am confident that Pete will represent you well if you select him as your realtor.
