About Peter

Peter Stiles purchased his first house, an East Austin bungalow, at the ripe old age of 26 with a whopping $3,000 down payment. In the months that followed, all of his free time was spent constructing the 900 square foot apartment/recording studio that became his home for nearly five years. It was not his first foray into home construction, but it gave him the confidence to jump feet first into Austin real estate. More recently, Peter and his wife bought a small cottage in Zilker, eventually adding a two-story addition while saving the original house from obsolescence and neglect.

As a musician, he has been fortunate enough to perform all over the country and with such great artists as Neko Case, John Langford and the Old 97’s and worked in the studio with multi-Grammy winners Phil Ramone, Andre Previn and Peter, Paul and Mary. Now, mostly retired from music, he is focused on virtuosity in real estate and raising two amazing daughters.

Ever since he bought his first home, friends have asked for his advice on real estate. It is a job that constantly offers new challenges; no two deals are ever the same. He is passionate about neighborhoods, livability and the powerful role real estate plays in these issues. His goal is to help clients make mindful decisions about their homes and make the process as easy as possible.
