I've been a CT realtor since 2009, and have lived in the area for almost 42 years. Prior to RE I spent 15 years in Finance, so I am confident and comfortable negotiating large and complex transactions. Having the ability and expertise to efficiently navigate the local Town Halls and their various departments, such as Planning and Zoning, Wetlands, the Building & Health Departments, is extremely important for clients that need to make timely decisions as to whether or not to purchase a property. In addition, I have a team of professionals that I rely on to give prompt and accurate quotes for either a minor update, or full-scale renovation. From 2014- 2018 my partner Liz Beinfield and I have bought and sold over 70 Properties representing ~$120M in sales.
