Of all the agents we met to that point he was the one agent to follow through on his promise to set us up Coldwell's portal that would tailor our search criteria for the markets we were interested in. He was extremely responsive to our requests to see property's, knowledgable about the area and invaluable in providing additional resources to help us evaluate properties we were interested in before making an offer. He worked well with other agents during the offer process and was available and responsive to us when he was on holiday during the negotiation process. From Jean Peter helped me to find a new home in NY when I moved from Idaho to take a new job. He is incredibly responsive, you can count him to get back to you quickly via phone, email, or text. He is generous with his time and attention. I felt very well taken care of throughout the search and sales contracting process. He is very resourceful and helped me find a temporary housing as well. I had about 6 weeks when I needed to find a place to live (I had started my new job) while waiting for the sales process to conclude with the closing. I have bought and sold many homes in many states, and Peter is one of the best real estate agents I have worked with. Peter is completely trustworthy, reliable, and fun to work with. When I decided to list our home, the photographer that Peter brought in to take pictures of our home did a spectacular job of presenting our home. We had multiple offers within a couple of weeks and went into contract shortly thereafter. Peter was always available for correspondence, either via cell phone, email or text. The attorney that Peter referred to us was equally as impressive and the whole selling experience was as good as it could get. If you need a selling or buying agent, do yourself a favor and hire Peter. You will be happy that you did. From Justin Peter has been amazing over the past year helping us find the perfect home for our growing family. We met him a little over a year ago, when we were looking at an apartment he was the listing agent for. He gave us sound advice for when we wanted to 'get serious' - about 9 months later we gave him a call to start the process. From August-November 2016 he showed us homes within our price range all over Westchester County, giving us local insight that we lacked (we are from SF), and advising us what was best for our kid's interests. When we finally put in an offer, he walked us through each step, listening when we became overly-anxious, calming us down when it almost got rejected, and counseling us through the rest of the negotiations. Needless to say, working with him has been wonderful and we really appreciate the 110% that he put behind helping us. I would recommend him to anyone, especially first-time home buyers. From Patricia I am happy to write this review for Peter who is as professional as they come. Peter helped my husband and me purchase a home as our search evolved over the better part of a year. He rode with us through the rocky road of three or four offers, including two accepted offers where the deals fell apart at negotiation in order to protect our interests. To say that he is patient would be an understatement. His cool easy going style make him extremely easy to work with. He also shows great attention to detail, such as following through about an small issue related to the heating system in our new home that could have derailed the closing. In short, you would be lucky to call him your realtor and a better realtor you would be hard pressed to find.
