Peyton Hartis Tooley was born in Wilmington, North Carolina and raised in the Leland area. She has lived in several cities across North Carolina, including Raleigh and Greenville. Peyton graduated with honors from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Fashion and Textile Management, specializing in design and development.
After graduation, she spent several years in the apparel and furniture industries using her knowledge of design, marketing, and product development. With such a unique degree, she has learned many valuable skills that have helped her become detail oriented, analytical, and organized.
Peyton has always had a passion for real estate. She grew up around real estate as her mom, both grandparents, and other family members have been licensed. With a desire for interior decorating, Peyton enjoys making a house a home. Some of her earliest memories were flipping properties with her mom and grandma, and she spent summers at White Lake, North Carolina helping to manage their vacation rentals.
As a Realtor, Peyton understands why people need to move, listens to wants and needs, and ensures they are well-informed. She will help clients navigate through every step of the real estate process and make the transaction as smooth as possible.
