Phan is an absolute pleasure to work with! We are a dual active duty family who was looking for a rental property in San Diego while we were stationed in Okinawa, Japan. I found recommendations for Phan on Facebook and from our initial contact I knew she was perfect! She took the time to get to know us and what we were looking for. She really cares about her clients and is honest and upfront about the housing market. We found a rental property and are now looking to purchase a home with her as well. She ensures you understand the process from start to finish. She’s extremely communicative and is easy to reach to answer any questions you have. Best realtor we’ve ever worked with, and being in the military-moving quite a bit, we’ve used a lot :)

My wife and I had the greatest experience working with Phan while buying a remodeled 45 year old house in Oceanside in March 2020. She always put our interest firmly and first, when she had to have the seller repair an item .What you see is what you get with Phan : she is extremely nice, honest, direct, and flexible. She brings a light and fresh personality with her.
Since the start we realized that we could fully trust her professionally and not only were we right but we now have a new friend.

My husband and I lived in Riverside for many years and it was our dream to retire in San Diego. Phan Connolly, our realtor helped us exactly with that by finding the best house for us in Oceanside.
I remember talking with her on the phone the first time and it is obvious for me now that she took the time and really heard what our needs and wants were all about so she was able to do a thorough screening of available properties.
What I liked the most about her was that she showed us the houses with great knowledge and stated all the facts and the value of the property, then it was in our hands. No pushing but best follow up. My husband is a civil engineer and has lots of construction questions. She found out everything we needed about the remodeling in order for us to make an informed decision to buy our house in Oceanside in March 2019.
Phan is just a great, hard working, knowledgeable realtor, has a very pleasant personality, lots of energy, very profesional that took excellent care of us and now we have a new friend!
