Phet has been a wonderful realtor for us. She helped us sell our first home and purchase our next second home. She is very attentive and responsive. Sometimes I forget she is here for us as a realtor but more so as a friend. No job or task is impossible for her. We definitely recommend her to family and friends. Looking forward to working with her in the future when we are ready to purchase our next home.

Buying your first home can be incredibly stressful. But thankfully, my husband and I had a great real estate agent who made our experience as stress free as possible. Phet Sanghera was very informative, responsive and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We appreciate Phet’s attention to detail and professional competence!
