Phil Beaumia

Phil started his real estate career in 2007, joining Executive Realty in 2009. In just one year, Phil was named the Top Producing agent within Executive Realty and has held that title ever since. Phil’s hard work turned into his passion, and in 2018 he became the President and Primary Broker for Executive realty. With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Phil continues to provide clients all over Minnesota with exceptional service and results. When Phil speaks, the real estate world listens. Whether clients looking at buying, selling, renting, or investing, Phil and his team have all the knowledge and skill to make sure they will not be disappointed in our real estate services.
In 2014, Phil and his team created the Acquisitions Department of Executive Realty, focusing on buying rental properties. He works directly with Institutional and Individual Investors around the Twin Cities, searching, finding, acquiring, and managing investment properties. As of right now, Executive Realty successfully manages over 150 properties, with more to come in the future.
Phil enjoys spending his free time on the lake with his family, often finding himself taking his kids for a wild ride on the tubes or in a volleyball battle (he is lost more times than he can count). He grew up in a small town up North and loves taking his kids up to visit his family, riding dirt bikes and taking his son hunting. Phil thinks the worst thing for the government to make illegal is a cold beer after a long day. Although, nothing cures the stress better than settling down with his kids for a movie night and buckets of popcorn (and maybe a beer).
