Phil Gatto is an experienced real estate professional with the Realty One Group Choice in the Twin Cities metro area. He knows how important a home is for long-term happiness and stability. He has invested his career in helping people fill their home ownership dream. Phil was driven to pursue real estate from his love of remodeling homes and his passion for helping people during life-altering times to find affordable housing. He’s been working in the real estate industry for over ten years and in that time has assisted many people in finding homes during several housing crises and flipping homes that helped revitalize communities. Phil was educated at the Metropolitan State University with a bachelor’s in business management and human resource development. He’s worked with some of the most respectable contractors, mortgage brokers, sales representatives and craftsmen. Phil loves the culture of the Twin Cities Metro area and has been living there since middle school. He enjoys spending free time with his wife, children and eight grand children. He enjoys exploring towns in Minnesota and his other passion, cooking.
