Phil Gibbs

Phil leverages a diverse and impressive background in financial services including real estate, lending, and investments to create value for his clients. Phil joined the real estate industry after a successful career in business and private banking where he held multiple Vice President positions. Phil attributes his success to his unwavering drive, original and creative approach toward opportunities, and commitment to serving his client’s needs. It is this commitment and discretion that has earned him the trust of many of San Diego’s most influential individuals. Aside from real estate, Phil is committed to philanthropy and has served in leadership capacities at seven local and national charities.

He has a Commercial Pilot’s license and is an avid outdoorsman and photographer. As a third-generation San Diego Native and he enjoys San Diego’s marvelous amenities with his wife and three young sons.
