Phil Giordano helped me sell my home in Arcadia recently and I've never had a better experience-ever! This was the third home I have sold and Phil was terrific! Always calling, emailing or texting me with information, updates, reminders, etc. you name it. He basically held my hand throughout the entire process and went way beyond in terms of service. Phil even went to the house after the close of escrow and cleaned up a bit for the new owner. Who does that? Thank you for everything Phil- you're a true professional!
