I owned and operated a remodeling company for several years assisting investors with evaluating properties thru market analysis before and after renovations, cost estimates for materials and labor, providing ‘hard money’ lender contact information.
Taking great care when working with First Time Home Buyers using my experience to teach them the buying process and introducing them to other key service providers that also have the heart of a teacher i.e. mortgage lenders, providing a list of authorized home inspectors, title companies that will process the transaction documents. Insuring that they understand the process, starting and stopping the home search until they are absolutely ready to continue, some buyers can take a year or more. The greatest pleasure is seeing the glow on their face when they receive their home keys.
I also enjoy working with seasoned home buyer who for the most of part are comfortable with the selling and buying process and are less apprehensive when negotiating for what is in their best interest.
Establishing clear communication by all participating parties associated with the transaction to insure a smooth process and addressing the real estate needs of my client before, during and after the transaction.
I'm an active cyclist participating in several cycling tours riding for a cause in events like the MS 150, Tour De Cure and others. I belong to several cycling groups one is the SATXSOCIALRIDE group that is actively introducing the community to cycling every Tuesday night in the San Antonio downtown area. The group's mission is giveback to the community through various cycling drives such as the diaper drive collecting for the diaper bank that provide mothers of low income with a resource for diapers. The book drive where books are collected for kinder and 1st grade for children of lower income schools that have limited access to appropriate reading material and several other activities.
