I had the pleasure of meeting Phil Grant back in August 2022. As a business owner, I wanted to break out of the home office and look for something simple in the Crystal Lake area of Illinois. I found a spot I liked and Phil was the agent that reached out. Phil walked me through the process and was very patient. The fact that he has a golden voice just made the process so much more enjoyable.

Unfortunately, the first location I was looking at didn't work out but that didn't mean Phil didn't. He continued to walk alongside me and was determined to get the right location for us within the guidelines I specified. About a week and a half later, Phil located three more options and I ended up picking one of them. It was the best experience! It was as if the first location wasn't ever meant to be and after looking at this other location, everything worked out perfectly.

I would highly recommend Phil Grant as he not only helped me but, my company, Gazelle Process & investigations, find its first actual business office outside of the home office.
