Phil has lived in Asheville since 1989 and he has been coming to the mountains since he was a little boy. He is originally from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and even though he misses the Great Lakes sometimes, Phil's heart is in the mountains!

For the first 8 years of Phil's housing career, he participated in construction and land development projects in ten different counties of WNC. Phil's passion is real estate and helping others find that place they want to call home.
