Phil Lifshin began working as a Real Estate Broker in 1974 and has successfully performed as a Sales Agent, Branch Sales Manager and Director of Marketing. He has been recognized by the Illinois Association of Realtors, Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and by numerous relocation companies as a Relocation Specialist.

Phil is active in numerous charitable organizations and fund raising events. He graduated from Northern Illinois University with Master’s Degree in Education and was a high school teacher and coach. His family includes his wife, his two children and his five grandchildren.
