Phil Pometto is California Broker. With a Finance degree from the University of Maryland, Phil began his career in the mortgage industry in California over 20 years ago. He has personally facilitated the closing of more than $1 billion dollars’ worth of real estate loans. Phil’s passion for helping clients buy a home launched him into the real estate business. The natural next step for the entrepreneur-at-heart was to open his own Real Estate Company, The Property Boutique. An investment property division soon followed. He has a long record of successfully renovating and selling single family homes. With two decades of industry experience, Phil has a comprehensive knowledge of the marketplace. Property owners, investors and buyers appreciate Phil’s analytical insight and ability to find and capitalize on opportunities. Establishing and maintaining lasting relationships and providing exceptional customer service have been key components of his success.
Phil’s skills extend beyond real estate. He is also a restaurateur, active supporter of local schools, charities and organizations like Toys for Tots and the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund. In his free time, he enjoys mountain biking, hiking, the beach, Maryland crabs and especially spending time with his wife and three kids.
